Camarillo Springs is a gated community on the North side of the Conejo Grade. It is nestled against the beautiful18-hole Camarillo Springs Golf Course and Santa Monica Mountains and is known for its peaceful and scenic setting. The HOA maintains community standards, common landscaping, facility usage, and organizes events like pool parties, BBQs, and social gatherings through committees. There’s a small strip mall nearby with convenience stores, a salon, restaurant, and dry cleaner, plus an indoor (but mostly outdoors) soccer field.

There are 5 different home communities in the main part with 2 gates (The Springs, Tierras, Miramonte, Palmeras & Camarillo Springs Mobile Home Park), and a 6th home community with its own separate gate (The Courtyards).

(1) The Springs is a 55+ active-adult community with approximately 250 single-family homes. The homes were built between 1985 and 1987. The floor plans range from a little more than 1200 square feet to about 1650 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This neighborhood has a clubhouse with a ballroom, multipurpose room, exercise room, card room, billiards, library and meeting room. They also have a swimming pool and spa. There are clubs and activities such as book club, travel club, water aerobics, Mah Jongg, Scrabble, poker, line dancing and golf groups.

(2) Miramonte are townhomes/condos with approximately 200 units. They were built in the late 1980s to early 1990s. The floor plans range from a little over 1000 square feet to almost 1400 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. They have their own clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, barbeque area and guest parking.

(3) Palmeras are townhomes/condos with approximately 120 units. They were built I the late 1980s. The floor plans range from a little over 1000 square feet to almost 1500 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. They have their own clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, barbeque area and guest parking.

(4) Camarillo Springs Mobile Home Park is a 55+ active adult community that was originally developed in the early 1970s although many have been replaced since then. There are approximately 250 mobile homes which range in size from under 1000 square feet to a little over 1800 square feet. Most have 2-3 bedrooms and up to 2 bathrooms. They have their own clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, barbeque area and guest parking.

(5) Tierras are single-family homes but are not age restricted. There are approximately 75 homes which were built in 1990. They range in size from just under 1000 square feet to over 1700 square feet. Most have 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. They have their own clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, barbeque area and guest parking.

(6) The Courtyards are 2-story, single-family homes. There are approximately 35 homes which were built in 2005 & 2006. They range in size from 1600 square feet to almost 2400 square feet. They all have 4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. They have their own clubhouse with a swimming pool and playground.
