Palmeras are townhomes/condos with approximately 120 units. They were built I the late 1980s. The floor plans range from a little over 1000 square feet to almost 1500 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms. They have their own clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, barbeque area and guest parking.
